How It Works

Simple Rules, Real Progress

Your loyalty tier is based on qualifying orders you place within a rolling 90-day window.

Place Qualifying Orders

Any successful order of ₹300 or more counts. Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify.

Hit the Threshold

Reach 6 orders and you automatically move to Influencer. Hit 12 and you become an Ambassador.

Maintain Your Tier

Meet your tier's order count every 90 days to keep it. Tier-exclusive rewards are reissued each cycle when you maintain or upgrade.

📅 Keeping your tier

Your tier is reviewed at the end of each 90-day cycle. If your order count falls short, you'll move to the previous tier — Partner resets to a fresh cycle, while Influencer or Ambassador moves one step down. Tier-exclusive rewards are not re-issued on a downgrade.

What Happens When You Migrate

When you update the app, we carry your order history forward. There are no downgrades at migration — only the possibility of an upgrade.

Your history is safe — and works in your favour

Migration is based on orders placed in your last 90 days, regardless of order value. Your carried-over order count becomes your starting point on the new program. Once on the new app, check the Loyalty Progress section to see your 90-day count.

  • 📋Your last 90-day order count carries over as your Partner tier progress
  • 🔄You get a fresh 90-day cycle to reach 6 orders and unlock Influencer
  • ⏸️Wave Coins earning is paused while you're in the Partner tier — it resumes automatically when you reach Influencer
  • 💰You can still redeem any Wave Coins you've already earned
  • 🎁All current valid benefits and rewards stay active until their expiry date
  • ⬆️Since you already meet the new criteria (6+ orders), you're automatically upgraded to Influencer with your carried-over order count
  • 🔄A fresh 90-day cycle begins for you to maintain Influencer or work toward Ambassador
  • 🚀Reach a total of 12 orders in this cycle (i.e., 6 more as an Influencer) and you'll be upgraded to Ambassador
  • 🎁All current valid benefits and rewards stay active until their expiry date

  • 📅Days left in your cycle are handled generously at migration (one-time only):
    • If you have fewer than 90 days left → reset to a full 90 days
    • If you have more than 90 days left → carried over as-is
  • 🔄Once your carried-over days end, the Ambassador cycle resets: order count goes back to 0, and you can maintain the tier by placing 12 orders in 90 days
  • 🎁All current valid benefits and rewards stay active until their expiry date
🎉 As an existing Ambassador, you'll now earn 15% Wave Coins and receive 2 free coffee coupons as a welcome gift.

Key migration notes

  • Wave Coins earning is paused at the Partner tier and resumes automatically when you reach Influencer — your existing coins are always redeemable
  • All rewards and benefits you currently hold remain valid until their stated expiry date
  • No downgrades happen at the time of migration — only potential upgrades
  • Once on the new app, view your 90-day order count in the Loyalty Progress section
  • Tier-exclusive rewards are reissued at the start of each 90-day cycle when you maintain or upgrade your tier — but not on a downgrade
